Well I bought this film and thought it would be a boring film about a prison, but no I was seriously wrong it has to be one of the most greatest films I have ever seen, portraying the beauty of friendship so strong that the world could hang upon. I was engrossed by the film entirely from start to finish, with it's humours, it's sadness, it's action. I was so wrong to buy with a half hearted feeling. I would recommend this film to anyone as the film they would most enjoy. My favourite part was right at the end where Red goes and finds the box and goes back to Andy and that scene on the beach was what got me; like a strike of lightning, so much I nearly cried. The part where Andy has the guts to go to a Hitler like man and talk to him about his finances goes to show that there are people in the world who can make the smallest difference but the biggest changes.
